LUTO E FAMÍLIA: UM ESTUDO DE REVISÃO SOBRE AS DINÂMICAS FAMILIARES E O ENFRENTAMENTO DA MORTE

Esse estudo de revisão de literatura objetiva sumarizar os estudos teóricos entre os anos de 2010 e 2020 sobre como as mortes afetam os sistemas familiares, já que dentro da família cada membro desempenha um papel diferente. Os ciclos vitais são fases que se repetem por várias gerações, indo desde o nascimento até a morte de um indivíduo. A morte é um evento que gera um grande abalo emocional nos indivíduos, e a depender do membro da família que morreu, os sentimentos são vividos de maneiras diferentes. O fator mais importante nessa reorganização foi a comunicação entre os membros da família, sendo que as famílias que tem um bom nível de comunicação entre seus membros se reorganizam de maneira mais saudável, enquanto as que possuem uma comunicação empobrecida tem uma maior probabilidade de se dissolverem, e seus membros possuem menor nível de bem-estar emocional. As bases utilizadas para a pesquisa foram a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Scielo, Pepsic, Psycnet, Pubmed e Lilacs, utilizando as palavras-chave, selecionadas a partir de buscas de descritores em Ciências da Saúde, (Family Relations) AND (Bereavement).

ABSTRACT
This literature review study aims to summarize theoretical studies between 2010 and 2020 on how deaths affect family systems, as within the family each member plays a different role. Life cycles are phases that are repeated over several generations, going from birth to death of an individual. Death is an event that generates a great emotional shock in the owners, and depending on the family member who died, feelings are experienced in different ways. The most important factor in this reorganization is communication between family members, with families that have a good level of communication between their members reorganize in a healthier way, while those with poor communication are more likely to dissolve, and its members have a lower level of emotional well-being. The bases used for the research were the Virtual Health Library, Scielo, Pepsic, Psycnet, Pubmed and Lilacs, using the keywords selected from searches of descriptors in Health Sciences, AND (Luto).
